does it work as well as Adderall? i.e. does it make you not-shy and make you more talkative?

My personal experience with that medication was very bad. That's not to say it wouldn't work well for someone else. The truth is though, that most non-stimulant medications for ADD/ADHD don't work all that great compared to ones that are.

I'm pretty sure that's not what either of those medicines are supposed to do. Anyway, when I was taking it, it worked pretty okay; if you're switching from Adderall, be aware that it suppresses your appetite where Strattera doesn't. I ended up gaining something like twenty pounds while I was on it.
