I hurt my knee in a basketball game. I dont know what i did to it but it hurts to raise my leg up and i am getting an MRI tomorrow. I was wondering when the results will be avaliable?

Typically right after the doctor looks at them. The pictures will be set to go once your done with your MRI.

It depends on local circumstances. Sometimes it's read right away, sometimes the radiologist reads it the next business day, and it may take several days for the report to get to your treating physician. In either case, I wouldn't be in too big a huff. The use of MRI has NOT increased diagnostic accuracy or eventual outcomes of treatment compared to a good clinical exam by a knowledgeable physician.
