I'm 20 and took like Two 200mg Advils this morning at 5am then took another ONE advil at 11am and another one at 3pm for a migraine headache that WON'T go away. So I was wondering if its okay to take 2 Tylenol Pm pills that are 500mg each? Will this interact with the advils I have already taken this morning and earlier this afternoon? Right now its like 9pm for me and the 6 hour wait time had passed from when I took the advils at 3pm this afternoon.

I have taken tylenol and advil together before. it won't make you sick or anything, but its not recommended to all the time for the sake of your liver. Have you tried excedrin migraine? My husband says its the only thing that works for him. Just don't take that and advil together because advil negates aspirin
