Could I sue this pharmaceutical company

This medicine I've been taking, has been making me do things that homosexuals do. It did not start until I started taking this medicine. Well, I haven't told anyone close to me about it. I haven't told my doctor about it. I called the company and told them about it, and they didn't really say much about it. All they said was they didn't have much information to give me about it. That's it! They didn't offer to try and help me or anything like that! I have never been so humiliated in all my life. I like WOMEN. I don't like GUYS. But every time I take that medicine, it makes me feel like a homosexual. And I have to take that medicine, because otherwise I can't sleep. The medicine is called Remeron.

Do you people think I should sue for this? Should I? What lawyer would be a good one for this case? I live in East Dublin, Georgia.

Find a lawyer and go for it. This one might make the news, it's so bizarre.

Just because you have an adverse effect from a drug, it doesn't mean you hit the lottery. Stop taking the Remeron and find an alternative sleep medication. Or, embrace your new lifestyle.

Also, if you're hiding information from your doctor, you're never going to get the help you need. That's where you really need to start.

Court cases are public. Talk to your doctor. Seriously.

It's a complex question. It's going to be very difficult to PROVE damage from the drug. Saying that the drug caused your problem isn't enough for a court.

I'd start by talking to the doc that prescribed the Remeron about the problem and what alternatives there are.
