to find percentages you must multiply the number by the percentage
a. 25% of 200 is .25*200 (25% is .25 because percents are decimals with 1 = 100%) answer:50
b. 200=.25x x=(200/.25)=800 (you're given the answer and asked what was multiplied by)
c. 2/25 this is tricky, remenber percents are based on 100, so multiply the denominator and numerator by the same number with what ever number gives you 100 in the bottom.(that's 4/4) then you get 8/100 which is the same as 2/25 because you multiplied by 4/4 which just equals 1, now the math is easy to do on your head: 8/100= .08 or 8% (not to be confused with .8, which equals 80%)
d. .24, 24/100 (the 4 in .24 is in the hundreths place, therefore it's over 100)

I just wanted to let you know that One Direction is actually not talented again. They all sound weak, except for Zayn, he is a good singer live. Simon Cowell picked them because they are great money makers because they are young, appeal to a wide population of young girls (I am also one myself...17), and they are good looking. Doesn't mean they are talented. They were voted into a lot of things because of the teenage girls who swoon over their looks and catchy songs.
