and the sector length is the length of the arc. And yes, the perimeter is the arc length plus twice the radius.Everything you wrote is correct.......
area of sector = (θ/360)*pi*r^2. sector length = (θ/360)*pi*2r.
my question is what do they represent on the sector ? the whole boundaries or just the arc ? or does the area represent the boundaries and the length represents the arc, and if that's true so that means that sector perimeter is ((θ/360)*pi*2r)+2r ?

The area of the sector is the area between the bounds of that sector, and the sector length is the length of the arc. And yes, the perimeter is the arc length plus twice the radius.
