Calculus should be taken online or at a professional standard. This I recommend at some of the website links I will provide in the source and/or try to visit educational centers that will provide the information to do so.

It's a good idea to start back with the foundations of math. During long breaks, for example summer break, get a tutor and meet almost everyday and just go through everything you couldn't understand. Do whatever you can to continue in what you like. I was the same with Biology, and I just had my parents and tutors help me as often as possible.
