How do I factor this? 10 Points!!!

An example is:
3x^2 - 2x
How do I factor this? After I factor it, How do I put it on factor form (x-?)(x+?) or a form like that. What throws me off is that there is no constant...help please. Thank you in advance! :D

x(3x-2)
x=0
x=2/3
