284/2.3215 = 122.Bob will need 123 32nds of an inch.(Strange way to measure. Why not just say Bob needs a stack of paper284/74 ≈ 3.84 inches high instead of 123 32nds of an inch)-74/32 = 2.......
Bob was gathering paper for a project and he needed 284 sheets. There are 74 sheets per inch. What equation would he use to determine how many 32nd's of an inch he would need total?

-
74/32 = 2.3125 sheets per 1/32 inch

284/2.3215 = 122.8

Bob will need 123 32nds of an inch.(to the nearest 32nd)

(Strange way to measure. Why not just say Bob needs a stack of paper 284/74 ≈ 3.84 inches high instead of 123 32nds of an inch)

-
74/32 = 2.3125 sheets per 32nd of an inch.

284 / 2.3125 = 122.81 = number of 32nds

-
284/74=?/32
