MATH problem, is this right

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-10-19] [Hit: ]
The others look right though (although its a little weird that C(0) was used...)-Yeah..your answer is right.......
Given g(x)= x^2+12x find a g(3) b(g-5) and C(0)

(3)^2+12(3)=
9+36=45

now for b-

(-5)^2+12(-5)
25+(-60)=-35

and I know the next one is zero when I replace all the x's with 0.
So did I do this right? Full points will be awarded!

You did this right if you mean:
a) g(3)
b) g(-5)
c) g(0)

If so this all looks correct! :)

-
I think your b part is wrong:

b(g-5) is the same as g(x) -5.

So your new equation should probably just look like this:
b(g-5) = x^2+12x -5

The others look right though (although it's a little weird that 'C'(0) was used...)

Yeah..your answer is right...no doubt
