Need help with this question:
1)Points A and B have cordinates (-2,-1) and (4,1) respectively. Show that AB has length p√10, stating the value of P. I have drawn the graph and plotted it what do I do then? Please explain clearly, thanks

also...2)Points A, B and C have coordinates (1,2), (3,4) and (9,-2) respectively.
(a)In surd surd form find the lenghts AB, BC and AC

-
1)
d ² = 6 ² + 2 ² = 40
d = 2√10_______p= 2

2)
AB ² = 2 ² + 2 ² = 8
AB = 2√2

BC ² = 6 ² + 6 ² = 72
BC = 6√2

AC ² = 8 ² + 4 ² = 80
AC = 4√5
