We are putting different concentrations of sucrose in seperate cups of distilled water. As the concentration of the sucrose in a dialysis bag increases the mass of the bag increases, but why? What does the change of mass of the dialysis bag indicate?

Sucrose is a solute and increasing it decreases the water concentration, so water flows from a higher concentration to a lower one. Water is entering the bad and increasing its mass.. It is called osmosis.
