The science of animal behavior is called "ethology", so the Behavioral Scientist is called "Ethologist". It is an amazing field of study and there are so many options for different types of work in the future, depending on what you like to do.
If you consider a career in academia you could study anything ranging from ants to tigers. Or, if you like more practical occupation, working in a zoo could be a nice option. You could also be a journalist reporting on the wild-life. Another type of work could be zootherapy, where you employ animals to help and heal people. The list goes on, this is just the first thing that came to mind.
For the education, you may consider a degree in Biology and major in Zoology and behavior studies. I guess, the veterinary degree is also good.
I am attaching links with more info.
Hope you will find it helpful.
