So my question is: will getting a rabbit neutered stop the aggression? One of my boy bunnies bit part of my other boy bunnies lip off. I am really worried and don't know what to do about the aggressive bunny.

they say its not a good idea to keep males together as they do get aggressive and fight a lot. However yes de-sexing is meant to stop the aggression, but until you decide what to do you should keep them apart so he doesn't keep hurting the other one and stressing him out.

It should. and generally, for any mammal (except humans), it is not a good idea to leave two or more males in the same cage because they will fight each other for dominance.
