I want to end world hunger

This is an interesting question to give 10 points, so I feel it warrants an interesting answer. Firstly, you must realize the sheer amount of hunger in the world. There are millions of people starving in other countries, which is far more than farms can produce food for. Secondly you must consider the cost. Food isn't necessarily expensive when bought in bulk, but in enough bulk to end world hunger it would be quite expensive, more than any one person has yet to be able to accumulate. Now, with hunger dealt with in the short term, we must worry about the long term. To do this we must consider the cause of hunger. Generally it is because of the inability or lack of willpower to be self-sufficient. "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime". The inability often derives from oppressive governments, so you may have to establish a new world order. The lack of willpower is generally caused by laziness, so compensation for these lazy people must derive from those that are not lazy. The way to do this is to make your new world order a socialism. Finally, your new world order must be prepared to deal with contaminated food sources, as the last thing you'd want is a repeat of the Irish Potato Famine. To do this you must ensure that every person is tracked by your world order, so a source of food can be sanitized by following events of contamination through the people that consume the food. If you can manage this, you will have ended world hunger (except in the people that refuse to eat. You may have to research mind control to deal with them).
Good luck, and thanks for all the fish.
