What would life be like without numbers

I'm not sure how far civilization would have gotten, some recent researches even suggest arithmetic came before language as we know it.

you'd spend your entire life not knowing how many parents, siblings you have and wondering just how old you are and how many of each kind of limb you have. You wouldn't even be able to tell if you lost a finger or if you got pickpocketed.

no calendars, no holidays, no money, in fact no technology at all , not even primitive buildings,

oh! it would be dull , very boring and maybe human wouldn't be intelligent like now!
