We can not predict what will happen to the people categorized by you. God is the only perfect judge who can answer this. As you know, the life of every person is a secret to others, as no one can totally know or understand the identity of others. It is that person, who knows about him. Even his knowledge about himself is limited, as he does not know what will happen to him in future. It is God, who knows us totally. So, a sin committed by one person may not be a sin for someone else, as the lives of both are different. A person who is starving to death may steal food and eat it; whereas on the otherhand, well fed people may steal for more amenities and pleasures. Both have committed sin, but, can we judge them sincerely? So, leave it to God and try to live a clean life, as much as possible.
