Answer this three questions in details ( i wanna keep in my mind well ) please ?
1- List some of the advantages of case Nitriding over case carburizing of steel parts ?
2- How does the density of a material depend on it's structure ?
3- why do ductile metals fracture usually at an angle 45 degree with respect to the applied tensile load ?

-
Nitriding typically can be done at lower temperatures than case caburising. Nitirding is generally much easier to control and thus easier to produce consistent results to suit the application. Parts can be nitrided in the tempered and final machined condition without the need for re-machining.
