can you please suggest some good fields which has good scope.............

Mechanical Engineering is very broad with endless opportunities. Materials science and engineering is going to be a growing and is becoming increasingly important. Computer science and/or engineering is endless in today's world. If you can program computers you are valuable and will have increasing "scope" too.

Highest Scope of any branch is country and time specific.
In India it is Mechanical and ECE having better job opportunities at preset.
