What I know about engineering is that it doesn't have as much programming as computer science, however, I know that there are some engineering disciplines that emphasize a lot of computer programming in terms of writing code in every programming language(C++, VB, Java, etc), the thing is, what types of engineering has the least amount of programming or coding(name me more than 1 or list more than 1 discipline)?

Electrical Engineering will have the most because it is the one that designs computers. Expectations are therefore high.
That means electrical engineers might be expected to write programs in any language that you listed, as well as proprietary languages for test and data acquisition instrumentation.
Electrical engineers also are expected to write programs in assembly and machine language for the microprocessor they are using, or to program chips like "FGPA" or Field Programmable Gate Arrays.
Electrical Engineers also use programs for numerical analysis, as do mechanical and chemical engineering.
That's all I know.
