Its not anything noticeable, you have to be pretty still and its like a vibration coming from the ground, I can only feel it in my room, and Im scared what could it be ?

The source is most likely some sort of machine running in your house. It could be a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heater, or furnace beneath your floor. It is most defiantly not a precursor to an earthquake. You can tell this by the fact that it only happens in your room and not anywhere else.
