I want to further my education in Chem but I'm not good at math. I'm afraid I will fail because of that. I don't mind working hard. What math should I really focus on? I'm not sure if I'm really bad at math or I just make simple mistakes. I'm in algebra two and I'm Going to find someone to help me. I'm not failing but would love to be better at it.

the answer to this is simple, and you said it yourself, you love chemistry. Your previous skill matters for nothing when you hit A-levels (which i assume is what you're taking?).
I love chemistry and i go to incredible lengths to get the grade im currently achieving in it.
A point i'd like to give you here is my physics, i picked up physics this year as an additional AS, i haven't done maths in about a year so i'm a bit rusty, so i'm going out of my way, doing a bit of revision on the particular math we use in physics. It's EXACTLY the same in chemistry, although there isn't any particularly complex maths in chemistry, the only hard thing about chemistry is following the numbers, i assure you that with only a little extra work( If you are REALLY bad at maths) you will breeze through chemistry. It's passion for your subject that gets grades simple as, it's something no one realises but it's good.

If you suck with math but love chemistry, mathwise: it is probably best to focus on algebra.
