I'm doing a report for bio...
Bees are known to use their sense of smell and sight together to locate food sources. I'm supposed to propose a study - mine would look at whether bees can find pollen easily using only their sense of smell.
Here is my hypothesis so far: bees can rely solely on their olfactory sense to locate suitable sources of nectar.
I'm worried that it's proximate or that it just isn't good enough. Would you mind offering suggestions to make it better? Be honest! I'd really appreciate it!!

A hypothesis for a scientific paper is an "if...then" statement. Your hypothesis is good but it needs to be in the correct format.
Since you are proposing a study, then you're manipulating something. so you need to say "IF this and this is done, THEN this result will be obtained"
just put what you wrote in that format and it'll be good!
