Why do atoms want to bond together chemically

........
Because they have this wierd wish to have a full outer shell (it makes them stable)......so they either share electrons with another atom to bond covalently, so both atoms have full outer shells, or the lose/ gain an electron and then are attracted ionically towards an ion with the opposite charge

-
to achieve stability i.e having the valence shell at a stable electron configuration like for the s shell 2 electrons, the p shell 8 electrons and the d shell 10 electrons.

-
want to satisfy their outer most shell by making the number of electron on the outer most shell eight, two or zero which is similar to the noble gases

-
To achieve the stability of noble gases, meaning that they want to become "stable" and have a total of 8 valence electrons.

-
magnets

-
because they're lonely.

-
THE REAL REASON WHY...

IS THAT ....

cuz they want you to fail ur class
