Liver Regeneration?
Does the regenerated / transplanted part of the liver function normally same as the original liver cells?or the regeneration process only regenerates the original mass of the liver by fibrosis process and the regenerated mass does not function ?

Nancy say: Well then, what would be the point? Body needs a full sized liver to do the job, not a small lobe. Yes, it regenerates and the regenated liver tissue functions.
