Im a Black person i Feel humans are different species why cant All Races be labeled as different species im Black proud we not the same?

In the book (The 50,000 year explosion) the author explains how different races of people are different due to evolutionary facters and he explains why blacks are so different from whites and he calls black people sub humans that are 50,000 years behind everyone else evolutionarily.
