If you want to have continuous growth you will have to increase the weight. Otherwise your muscles will get used to the same weight and remain the same size. Its the tear and stress that make muscles grow bigger, that only comes from adding weight. However don't overdo it either, otherwise you'll damage your muscles so badly you'll be out commission for weeks/months. Also remember, rest is just as important as the exercise itself! It's during rest that repairs are made and muscles grow.
