Hi, I worked as industrial engineering a couple of months ago. The company gave me the name "industrial engineer" I know I can get in problems if I called myself "engineer" without having a bachelor of engineering.However, Im planning to write on my resume "worked as industrial engineering in X company" I hold a bachelor of commerce. what would you recommend me to do so?

Reword it to say "worked as industrial engineer for X company", and that means they need an explanation, when your resume says you are B. Commerce. Have it ready. It could be "They gave me this title besause I (did whatever work, describe) for them"
Sometimes people are given undeserved titles because it makes their employees sound important to clients, or makes the employee feel more important in order to get better work from them.

as long as you're up front and honest about it you shouldn't have any problems. not having a degree might restrict you from some jobs which specifically require one. but it could also work in your favor. some employers would be more likely to hire you 'cause your experience is far more useful to them then a college degree would be and it also means they can pay you less.
