artifical inteligence, very small moon base, faster computers, updated quantum science, and everything else the same. Space expansion is super slow, in 50 years all we did was go to moon and build ISS in low Earth orbit, 100 years we'll prob have a small moon base tho...or moon space station, but its very expensive stuff.

Well, we can only look at the technologies that are close at hand today.
Telecommuting has been a disappointment so far but telepresence may once again revive working at home by allowing you to control a surrogate at work. That is if the singularity hasn't removed the need for a human intelligence.
Cybernetics and medical innovations will have brought a practical immortality to those who can afford it but those who can't will have to make do with what nature or the default insurance plans allow.
Environmental change will have made us dependent on locally sourced produce grown in artificial conditions. This will no doubt bring costs and again the rich will remain well fed but the poor, not so much.
Companies in general last about 12 years on average, the Fortune 500 companies tend to last 40 years. I would not expect Taco Bell to remain a viable brand for 102 years.
I find condos on the Moon, unlikely. Low gravity living will undoubtedly have negative health consequences so space habitats using centrifugal force for gravity would be a better option. Even so, I find the economics of the first space colony, difficult to address.
Although PRT transit would be the most efficient use of energy and resources, I suspect that future travel will still be the private car, perhaps computer driven and electrically powered. The inefficiency of the vehicle being idle most of the time is offset by the fact that it's funded by the consumer themselves and risks are assumed by the consumer. Besides, there's plenty to be made by charging for parking.
