Why don't people believe in evolution

how technology evolves.even how food evolves.think of how, structures and houses start to look different.think of how things were 1000 years ago, and how they were 500 years ago.......
think of cars, how they evolve.
think of how music evolves.
think of how social habits evolve.
how slang evolves.
how technology evolves.
even how food evolves.
think of how, structures and houses start to look different.
think of how things were 1000 years ago, and how they were 500 years ago. 250 years ago. a century ago. just 50 years ago? two decades, the past 5 years? think of the iphone and all that.
EVERYTHING EVOLVES. so why cant the same be with humans, just on a slower more natural pace?

Lack of proof!? No way!
There are many, many proofs. First: ALL living organisms share MANY essential processes that keep them alive. Just look at their DNA, proteins, skeleton, metabolism, etc: you'll find astonishing similarities between you and a tiny bacteria. There are HUNDREDS of similarities, not just one or two. For example, when your DNA is damaged, you and a Parmecium both use the same mechanism(s) to repare it. Most of these mechanisms are present in ALL living organisms, and have been passed down from "parents" to their descendants since the origin of first organisms, more than 3.500 million of years ago. Withouth these mechanisms, we, humans, and also all other living things, wouldn't be here. For sure.
That's only one example among hundreds. There's no way in which humans would have been created separately from all other living things by an imaginary God. At least in the real world.

Because people want to believe that doing the right thing in life is as simple as reaidng the Bible like a straightforward text. So when they learn that the Bible is plain wrong, it would leave them without their sure, easy way of doing the right thing.
