For my tutorial work we have to justify the use of the articles/journals we used to get information from. We also have to comment on the 5 best online sources of information, for example PubMed, Web of Science, Google Scholar etc.
How would I do this? It's 250 words so not much thankfully, but I don't have a clue of what to write!!

I would look for things that make the paper a reliable source of information.
I think the key thing is that the research is peer-reviewed (articles from the websites you mention are and those in journals)? What is the benefit of peer review?
Other things to consider:
Did they include statistical analysis (p values?) error margins on graphs are important. They allow you to tell if the results were significant.
Did they include a control sample?
Do you think the sample size was large enough?
