Spiritually speaking, why is the voice electrical

If you feel the very back of your voice when you talk you will feel an electrical vibration that stimulates it. My voice sounds electronic or something... I always knew this, but it spooked me out and I never wanted to tell anyone. I also know why this is, but I'm asking you, what do you think?

uhm, I don't feel anything electrical about it...
