Well, we all know that without bees, all the plants will die, but is there a possibility we would to? I mean think about it, the sun is an essential source of food for plants and they go through a process called Photosynthesis, that turns into glucose, which they use for food, but we need glucose to, to burn energy. So, is bees all died, meaning they wouldn't be able to collect pollen and transfer it, so plants wouldn't be able to grow, meaning they couldn't make glucose, so could we die?

You have a good chain of reasoning here.
If all bees died, the plants that rely on bees for pollination would die out as well. This would not be all plants on Earth--many can reproduce without bees, and these would probably end up filling the niches that are currently filled by bee-dependent plants. So life on Earth would continue, and we would ultimately survive. But, there would be major problems for us in the meantime!
Humans are in fact already suffering as a result of a mysterious decline in the bee population. This is because many of our food crops do indeed rely on bees for pollination. Some sectors of the economy are already suffering because bees are slowly vanishing in North America for reasons we don't understand.
The end of bees would not spell the end of humans--we would adapt to new food crops that do not rely on bees for pollination. But in the meantime we'd experience a major fluctuation in our food supply, and famine that could reduce the human population somewhat. So yes, bees are a concern for us!
Hope this helps.

Not all plants would die, because there are other species out there that pollinate plants, like butterflies. Besides, not all plants even rely on insects to pollinate and reproduce.
