It takes a second to get to you (speed of light). Then it lasts for 10 seconds.-I see light...I dont see dark.......

The light is turned on. It takes a second to get to you (speed of light). Then it lasts for 10 seconds.

The light is turned off. Darkness comes your way! It takes a second to get to you (speed of light). Then it lasts for 10 seconds.

I see light...I dont' see dark.

Lightis in fact invisible.
That's 100% accurate. If someone passed a lazer left to right inches in front of your face you would not see it. Light is totally invisible, it is the reflection off an object that we see. We cannot see light.
So darkness is nit even the abscence of light but the abscence of reflection.
Therefore i posit that darkness is 186K sec. Even beyond that, that reflection information in the form of photons. Information about say Beatleguise going supernova is the light on its way here. So darkness really then us the lack if information, or the lack of change, or state - as in the state of an atom's electron shells. An atomisinvisible and dark until a photon hits or shines on it. The reflected photon is information and light that something has occured or changed.
But the state of Beatleguise remains the same until uts supernova info arrives. The unchanged , dark info, like a placeholder is still reaching ys at the speed of light.
Speed of darkness us the same
