I wouldn't say this was your higher self, because your higher self is 'you' but in the future...I would say that the people were guardians / deitys of wisdom and knowledge... the more you know the better...however if you are told to do bad things...they are looking to do harm..but if what you are told can only benifit you spiritually then please learn all you can !!! Thought i'd also just mentioned in my personal opinion a dimensional / spiritual shift cannot happen to everyone all at the same time, because everyone is on different levels of understanding of ancient wisdom. A shift can only occur for a person when they have attained a certain level...but no one will be able to attain it at the exact same time as everyone else. Thanks !!!

Short answer: there is no "higher self." There is no "dimensional shift," assuming that phrase even makes sense. You are wallowing in an absurd fantasy of your own making, and you need to lay off of whatever you're taking. Rejoin the waking world. The food tastes better here. Good luck.
