UFO could be anything from alien made objects to space junk. But if one followed the other exactly, I'd have to say it was either Man-Made or Alien-Made.
And alien life isn't as far-fetched as you may think, there are 8479 galaxies in the observable universe. Think about the odds that life would have happened more than once! It's also been proven there are creatures that are completely alien to us ON EARTH. A micro-organism in Mono-Lake California has an Arsenic DNA Backbone, but we and other mammals, reptiles, fish and so forth, all have a phosphate DNA Backbone. In other words, an entirely separate genesis. If we can find alien life ON EARTH, then why would we not find it OFF of earth? One of the moons around Jupiter has a think layer of ice but there is an entire ocean underneath that ice, heated by the push and pull of Jupiter's gravity as that moon swings around it. Life could exist there under the water. And we aren't even from earth, it's been proven that life started on mars, not earth. They found micro-organisms inside a rock that fell from mars and tested it, we match. Mars is our true home, but we jumped ship and came here.

A comet or asteroid struck the planet mars, which we know used to have an atmosphere, liquid water and a magnetic field produced by it's dense core, but it's size meant doom for that planets atmosphere. The last life on that planet were shot towards earth in rocks.
