Math question : find the next two terms of each sequence

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 12-01-08] [Hit: ]
-7 + 13 = 6, 6 + 13 = 19, 19 + 13 = 32, etc.........
-7,6,19,32,___,____

step 1: describe the rule of sequence (2points)
step 2: find the next 2 terms of sequence & show how you got it (2pts)

-
Step 1: It looks like you add 13 to each progressive number

- 7 + 13 = 6

6 + 13 = 19

19 + 13 = 32

Step 2:

32 + 13 = 45 <====

45 + 13 = 58 <====

-
The sequence is increasing by 13 to every term.

-7 + 13 = 6, 6 + 13 = 19, 19 + 13 = 32, etc...

The next two terms you can do the same thing just about... just increase them by 13.

32 + 13 = 45
45 + 13 = 58

-
The next two terms of the sequence:
-7, 6, 19, 32, ___, ____

step 1: Add 13 to the previous term to get the next term.

step 2: The next 2 terms of the given sequence are 45 and 58.

-
1. Add 13 to term

2. 45, 58.

-
45, 58... Really?...

-
you add 13
