Do you believe the universe in finite or infinite

the bottom line is there just isnt there hasnt been nearly enough time nor it there enough energy in the universe to light up the night sky beyond what we see now and, as entropy continues to occur and expansion as well, it is getting dimmer.Think of a lone 40 Watt Light bulb sitting in a freezer. Given enough time and energy it should completely warm the freezer, however as well all know,......
If it is finite, what is beyond it?

Could another universe be beyond ours?

Well, ..., The finite nature of the universe has been know really since the 1800's when the answer to 'Olber's Paradox' was finally under stood. Which, in general, states:

Given enough time and energy the night sky should be completely white you are quite right about that. However, the bottom line is there just isn't there hasn't been nearly enough time nor it there enough energy in the universe to light up the night sky beyond what we see now and, as entropy continues to occur and expansion as well, it is getting dimmer.

Think of a lone 40 Watt Light bulb sitting in a freezer. Given enough time and energy it should completely warm the freezer, however as well all know, it just doesn't have the energy to do so. In the same way the stars in the universe, numerous and bright as they are, do not have the ability to light up the night sky.

So you see there are at least 3 things you can take away fro this.
1) The Universe is not infinitely old. It does have a finite age.
2) The Universe has a finite amount of energy and it's energy output is in fact waning (See entropy).
3) The universe is not static but expanding, thus, thwarting the ability of visible starlight to reach us.

So, the universe has finite energy, mass, and age thus the universe is finite.

There is no observation evidence at all to support the notion of "other" universes. Thus, as of this writing, there's only one universe.

Interesting q.... thye universe consists of the four attributes - matter, energy, space, and time... these are all finite in measure and this means that the universe must also be finite. Anything physical must be finite in nature. the finite universe exists in an infinite Void... this is not space as we know it... the Void has no measure, it has no logic and is irrational (without reason). The Void has no real definition except to say it is the abode of the collective mind. The universe is the creation of the collective mind in agreement.

Why have you posted a useless question every 3 minutes for the past hour and a half? It seems we are the people who are doing your homework. Flooding is like calling the police for some dumb reason. This is a waste of valuable time that could be spent on other serious questions.

"If it is finite, what is beyond it?"

The universe is a self-contained phenomenon. There is nothing "beyond" it, because it is not "in" anything else. It comprises the entirety of existence.

-
Universe is finite, if it was infinite, it couldn't be expanding. also, it bein infinite directly violates the big bang.

-
The universe is constantly expanding, but maybe there could be another.

-
infinite and ever growing
