Is it possible to contact a spirit living in my body?

All the rest sounds like you have an over active imagination. You don't have a spirit inside you, maybe you should have a try at not being such a drama queen and see if that helps. If you can't manage that you might like to talk to your parents about getting some therapy.

Nobody has established whether spirits exist, this negates everything after your first sentence. Oh well. Something about medical conditions here...

I just think it would be disturbing if you say you have within you a spirit, it would mean to be possessed by a spirit of a demon.
