I have been having a really bad cough lately so I took three teaspoons of promethazine codeine purple cough syrup and 3 5mg pills of melatonin. What is going to happen? I am 16 6 foot and way 140.

There is no significant interaction between the ingredients of Prometh + codeine and melatonin.
Promethazine, codeine and melatonin all combine to cause drowsiness, but if we prohibited all drugs that cause drowsiness in combination, we wouldn't be able to prescribe anything, so we have to be reasonable about it and make value judgments..
So, the combined effects of prometh, codeine and melatonin are pretty mild.
So my advice is space the prometh / codeine syrup and the melatonin (taken at bedtime I presume) as far apart as possible to be safe.

I'd guess that would probably make you drowsy. The old advice not to drive or operate heavy machinery is appropriate.
