I have lost kids to either dogs or coyotes lately and have to lock the remainder of my heard in the barn nights. ( The weather is getting cool here anyway) Poison is out because of neighborhood dogs and I can't sit up every night standing guard duty.

If I were you I would get a donkey!! they are wonderful predator elliminators wether it is a dog or coyote it wont bother your goats.
