Have humans experienced time travel already

We must know what is Time Travel ? An example : You are a time traveler if you travel away from home in your spaceship for one hour as measured by your own clock on the ship but traveled two hours as measured by the clock back home, assuming both clocks are functioning properly.This is time travel.
Time travel is a recurring theme and part of the mythology .The effects of time travel on the traveller seem to be similar whether the travel is physical, or where just the consciousness travel. Issue of time travel is confusing to humans, who see the movies where parties go into the future as well as the past. Time travel is a mystery that cannot explain fully .

Absolutely Not As of today, NO one in Human History Has ever travelled in time.

As far as experiencing Time delay with ones mind? Absolutely, humans do it constantly.
And in some instances we deem the people who do it in high frequency as Nut Cases.

Deja vu, seeing the future.

All a series of calculations the mind exerts; some assemble the information visually, or mathematically, or chronolologically (verbal explanation) The Mind is powerful, but kid you not,
You may see, touch, feel, smell and hear things which arent there, it is undoubtedly with one, one and only ones mind Alone. No One will ever feel the similar things you will, ever, due to your current physical statistical state at that approximate moment.

The proof is War, congress, separation, and politics. oh, and Men and Women relationships.

We still cannot capture the element from the sun which causes the chaos.
We still cannot communicate with atoms. We funnel them like cattle in a stockade.
