Pound force or pound mass

So I got a 10 lb dumbbell, is that pound mass or pound force?

Now I put the dumbbell on a scale and the scale reads 10 lbs, is that pound mass or pound force?

The unit of mass is slug.

In the US common system of units, g = 32.2 ft/s^2
Newton’s 1st laws still applies. Force = mass * acceleration.
On the Earth, Weight = mass * 32.2
What is the mass of an object whose weight is 110.35 pounds?
110.35= m * 32.2
Mass = 3.427 slugs
