Hi there. I would not suggest you to do this activity. Also I would advise you not to take a sleeping pills at all. I was prescribed sleeping pills by a psychiatrist who denies risks of another disaster or addiction. I asked her to reduce the ammount of pills and I obeyed but it made worse. I suspect she wanted to help the drug manifactures. I got involved in my own research and found that sleeping pills should ba taken only up to 4 weeks. I asked the public to seek the way to wean off, and have completed my task. If you have difficulty in sleeping, try something useful solutions.
