-Make it hollow, then you can even use dense material because most of the volume is simply air.In fact 100g isnt very heavy so you could use practically anything.If the size is critical you need sheet material you can fold/cut easily.You can use cardboard and cover it in foil providing water cant get in. A single large sheet of foil around cardboard box should work.......
i am making a small boat for school that has to be 15cmx15cmx15cm. the boat also has to be able to hold 100 grams of sandbags at a time. i need a strong material that also floats, and if you have any tips, that would be great. it would help if the material was affordable and convienent.
