I have a theory that there is no such thing as the Present

Do you think this is plausible

I keep hearing that there is a thing of cause an effect but what if this is just a mirage in our mind as it tricks us into believing it exist..

If you believe in the Present for How long does the Present last?

Time would have to stop to find a "present", so in that respect your hypothesis is right.
However, you can't stop time, so we need to give some sort of meaning to what we call the present.
The present is just a snapshot of time. If you were to try to find the present position of a bullet in flight, you could only photograph it, and say it was at some particular position in space at the time it was photographed, which was then the present.
Of course, even a photograph takes time, during which time that bullet will have moved a distance anyway!
The present has to be accepted as being dynamic. You night give it a time... it could be a nanosecond, it could be a century.
Something might be happening this present century, like "global warming".

Actually the present never ends! it's always updating! The future is the one that doesn't exist. Like every second that comes keeps turning into the present and then it turns into the past! but we never leave the present and never reach the future(because it doesn't exist)!

But you can think about the future and make it present!!
