I reposted because noone really helped me they just told me to see a doctor.Ever since i was little ive been able to give myself like these Extreme sensations and i would feel crazy..like adrenaline rushes. And ive experimented with it and every time i do it my heart pounds and i get light headed. But i get this awesome feeling like i can fly. And i usually end up clenching up until about 2 seconds later the feeling goes away. Ive found myself doing this when something needs to be pressed fast like in a video game and ill do it and ill press the button very fast. But my heart rate increases extremely. Ive been looking it up and all i found was stuff about DNA activation. Im not sure what to do if this is something special id like to know what im capable of.And it is on command not random. Sometimes i try to see how long i can do it and i can control it for about 3 surges of energy and then i cant do it for about 5 seconds. Id just like to know what it is. And i dont want to accidentaly kill myself doing it thanks...

From what you describe it could be a type of panic/anxiety attack. This does not have to be taken in a negative sense as a reaction to a situation being that you have learned to self induce it.
The problem is that it could be a medical problem that results in the feelings and could be cause problems if not properly treated. An example would be if there were a heart defect and through a sort of biofeedback you increase your heart rate this would cause extra stress on the heart which is attempting to respond. Due to a lack of proper circulation does not provide the body with sufficient oxygen. Lack of oxygen to the brain may cause an elated feeling or rush which intensifies other sensations such as is attempted when someone does auto-erotic asphyxiation (this got news attention as a trend years ago after a couple teenagers died trying it).
Another couple possibilities that can show similar symptoms are epilepsy, diabetes and hypoglycemia. All of these have the potential to respond to video game playing and fast reactions in a similar matter. The brain goes state of overdrive in which it is attempting to process more than can consciously be handled by the person at that moment. This happened with my son who was in his early teens at the time while playing video games and although he maintained full concentration on the game the feeling turned to being noxious as he continued to play. We were at a friends house for a grill party and he was upstairs playing and continued to the end of the game. A few minutes later he walked downstairs where the adults were and said he felt sick. I had him sit and tried to get him to eat or drink something but he said he couldn't then a minute later he passed out. He was diagnosed with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
