no "those are fake" ir "your stupid" ir thibgs like that. I need a real answer.
today i used the ouija board for the first time with my sister. we made it fromma poece if notebook paper and we used a water bittle cap as the planchette. We met a spirit named Bob and he said he was born in 1225....I didnt want to play anymore because i was getting scared...i dragged the planchette and said "goodbye, rest in peace, etc" and then i threw the bottle cap away and i crumpled up the paper and my sister threw it away at her ballet class (which is like 7 miles away from where i threw away the bottle cap)
DID I CLOSE IT CORRECTLY?
im am really paranoid right now, but i said prayers before and after the session and i said a prayers like 30 mins ago.....whats gonna happen to me? PLEASE HELP! and if you can, please answer my ither question about ouija boards. Thanks xx

Sometimes you can know just enough about the paranormal to bring problems into your life. Chances are, everything will be fine -- but in case you experience anything negative, there are a few things you can do.
First calm your mind and relax with slow breathing
Second envision in your mind that a protective white light is filling your body and clearing your energy of any negative hangers-on
Then imagine the light going through your house and permeating every single room with protection
I don't know what you believe in, but the white light represents God's love and protection for me.

If for some reason this doesn't help then you can perform a sage smudging in your home. WITH YOUR PARENTS PRESENT -- don't go lighting anything on fire when they aren't.
