I saw a black shadow outside my window

I was watching TV, then I just looked outside for a split second and I saw a black figure outside my window, it disappeared then the TV went spastic. It did this twice but the second time I saw the figure, it had a large transparent white orb as it's body but had black legs.
I am a bit freaked out but I'm trying to figure out what the figure was, and it messed with the TV's signal.

Whatever it was, it was probably trying not to bother you but since you saw it, it got freaked out. Just dont get paranoid about it and nothing should happen. I bet it wasnt going for you in the first place. Dont let it sense your fear though.

I see things aswell things like shadows so i know how you feel its scary i know i see faces people and shadows and i hear things like creaking outside i hear people, laughing crying and screaming. It terrifies me. I have been told to go and see a professional in this kinda things or a doctor.
