Please help!!! Serious sht!

My dad has a routine set already, comes home from work sits on our old couch ( which makes a squeeky sound), drags a coffee table to his feet and turns on the tv.

There has been a couple of times where I clearly hear this routine from my room and I think he's home so I go check but there's no one there. There's also been a couple of times where I hear him calling my name (like if I'm in the shower) but ill come out to check and he's not even home. Or I'm in my room and I hear him call me from the living room ( which is where I always hear him calling me from ) and he's still at work. So creepy. I don't know what this means.

Also ill see weird things from my peripheral vision like things that look like shadows which freaks me out and gives me the chills!

I was laying on my bed and out of nowhere I hear what sounded like horses galloping in my restroom with another somehing else that sounded like wind and leaves. I couldn't believe that sound had just came from the restroom! I got so scared.

I'll sometime hear the sound of running in place too, in my room or constantly outside at night even the dogs start barking.

I have felt breathing on my face at night laying down on my bed. Cold air blowing in my ear and have heard heavy breathing around my room at night.

My sister also claims to have clearly seen me in this house at a time when I was not here.

Please be serious about this. I'm not on any drugs or medications. No sarcasm please!
